Body Bliss Connection, C Change Counseling, Aaris Therapy, and Natalie Rink Make-up have teamed up to deliver a Nourished Woman's Weekend - A weekend solely dedicated to the care of women.
Immerse in self discovery, deep relaxation, and nourishment for the mind, body and soul.
We spend most of our time nurturing, helping and caring for others, but we can’t pour from an empty cup. Commit some time to replenish and nourish yourself through empowering activities, workshops, and movement based classes.
This mini retreat is open to all women and anyone who identifies as a woman. Take time to reconnect to yourself, capture self love, self healing, and melt into self care. Discover like minded individuals as we build and empower one another. Discover your true self.
Enjoy each 3 hour module separately or immerse yourself in the entire Wellness Weekend.
FRIDAY MODULE (6 PM to 9 PM): Explore the benefits of mindfulness through visual journaling with trauma therapists Ramona Skriiko and Peyton Cram. Reconnect and turn inward through gentle yoga with live drumming and Yoga Nidra, combining the expertise of RYT Danielle Dean and music therapist Allison St. George. Develop awareness on internal self dialogue and meet yourself...again, with speech therapist, Tiffany Hurlbut.
SATURDAY MORNING MODULE (9 AM to 12:30 PM): Awaken with drumming, sound, and movement into the exploration of “Aura.” Discover how to nourish your body for winter from the outside in and the inside out with skin care expert, Natalie Rink and health coach, Jessica Sowers. This session includes a make and take to continue the nourishment at home!
SATURDAY AFTERNOON MODULE (1:30 PM to 4:30 PM): Delve into your shadow side, uncovering how this work can bring you into the light, with therapist Sarah Braun. Come out of the shadow and unveil your true inner self through dance, expression, and journaling with Ramona Skriiko and Peyton Cram. Reflect on and integrate your new awarenesses with systematic relaxation and guided imagery to round out this day, with ERYT Jessica Sowers and Allison St. George.
SUNDAY MODULE (9 AM to 12:30 PM): Uncover your core qualities and how identifying these leads you into your best self with Tiffany Hurlbut. Next, immerse through sensory experience, discovering how using essential oils can help create a more nourished life, with Jessica Sowers. Then bring everything to the mat to invite it to integrate or melt away as we deeply rest into a restorative Yoga class blended with the application of essential oils and healing reiki, with instructors of Body Bliss Connection. Reconnect to the moment by nourishing your roots in a healing circle of like minded women, sharing quotes, thoughts, or ideas while creating a beaded take-away craft, infused with the grounded, positive energy you have created.
