Expressive Art Therapy Supervision

C Change offers supervision for the Expressive Art Therapy Certification track through the Institute for Creative Mindfulness. Expressive art therapy provides a voice to our experiences for which we may not have words. Expressive arts include movement, music, dance, painting, writing, collage, and any practices a person might use to express themselves.

Dancing Mindfulness Facilitator Training

C Change offers both distance-based and live trainings for Dancing Mindfulness facilitator certification. Dancing Mindfulness is an expressive arts practice developed by clinical counselor and trauma specialist, Dr. Jamie Marich. Dancing Mindfulness uses music and movement to practice being in the present moment in an atmosphere of non-judgment and respect for each participant’s individual experience. Dancing Mindfulness classes can be any length and can accommodate diverse populations in various settings. Dr. Marich designed Dancing Mindfulness as a practice that can be easily learned by people who are experiencing the call to facilitate.
